Emeritus Dean and Professor, College of Natural Resources, and founding Director of the Coastal Resilience and Sustainability Initiative. Watzin specializes in marine and aquatic ecology, with a wide-ranging history of research focused on understanding how human activities influence ecosystem resilience and a career long commitment to interdisciplinary collaborative research.
