SoTL Journal Club
A virtual journal club series held each semester.
Are you interested in learning more about the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) before committing to applying to NC State’s SoTL Institute? Are you a former participant in the SoTL Institute interested in finding community around your educational scholarship? Then the SoTL Journal Club could be a perfect fit. The SoTL Journal Club’s goal is to create community around SoTL themes, and to connect practitioners with faculty that might be interested in learning more about the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
Faculty will have the opportunity to listen to the workshop presenters and other participants; share their experiences, receive insights and feedback from peers; and engage in important, timely, and relevant conversations with other faculty who are interested in SoTL. Faculty will build professional and social connections with other faculty.
All sessions will be from 1 to 2 p.m. via Zoom and will be led by Dr. Maria Gallardo-Williams, OFE Senior Faculty Development Specialist and OFE Faculty Fellow Megan Lupek.
