2. Contribute to Pack Hacks for Faculty
The Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost invites you to actively participate in our professional learning community by contributing to the Pack Hacks for Faculty column in the monthly Provost’s Office newsletter. Each month, a faculty member gives various insights to facilitate teaching, research, mentorship, scholarship and engagement activities. Faculty interested in submissions may want to consider timely themes like newly tenured faculty, ending your semester reflectively, or commencement (December) or ideas for a strong start to the next semester (January).
- Find examples of past articles here, as well as submission guidelines.
- If you are interested, please submit your information and ideas via this form.
- Please direct any questions about Pack Hacks to provost-communications@ncsu.edu.
3. From the Office of Global Engagement: Internationalization Seed Grants
The aim of NCSU’s Internationalization Seed Grant program is to provide grants that improve the range of international partnerships at NC State and foster meaningful, collaborative, global scholarship and engagement. Proposals are reviewed by the Committee on International Programs (CIP).
Strategic and deliberate collaborations that lead to the development of joint research proposals, student mobility programs, adjunct appointments and scholarly activities are encouraged. The maximum award, not including cost sharing funds from domestic and international partners, is $5000.

4. DELTA Testing Services Alerts Faculty to Changes at the Centennial Campus Test Center
If you are a user of the Centennial Campus Test Center, please be advised of recent changes. Due to an increased demand for testing services, there is no longer study space available in the Centennial Campus Test Center located in Venture IV. We encourage faculty to remind students to complete their studying elsewhere prior to arriving for their test.
For more information, please see this article on DELTA’s website.
