The SACSCOC Board of Trustees granted NC State reaffirmation of accreditation on December 7, 2014. The next reaffirmation process will take place in 2024.

North Carolina State University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. North Carolina State University also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
