Bio

My work starts after a physics-based model that helps predict system performance (for any of the infrastructure systems listed) is developed. I employ statistical error and risk analysis and stochastic optimization to 1) calibrate computer models and 2) use them to make long-term robust decisions under uncertainty. The source of this uncertainty can be weather and climate, other environmental variables, or model parameters.
