Bio

Dr. Martin’s research is motivated by the goal of a leafy green future- where the distribution and management of forests on the landscape supports clean, abundant water, and environmental quality for everyone. She and her group use interdisciplinary fieldwork, databases, spatial analysis, and simulation modeling techniques to understand forest processes now and under changing climate and land use.
