Bio

Tim is a Senior Research Scholar at ITRE and the Director of the NCDOT sponsored Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure Center of Excellence. Drawing on his experience as faculty member, private consultant and NCDOT planning staff engineer, Tim is growing a research focus on resiliency and adaptation planning at ITRE. Additional research includes environmental justice (EJ); equity in the planning process ; electric vehicles; and economic impact studies.
