Faculty planning new degree programs or changes to existing programs can search here for helpful information on NC State and UNC system procedures and requirements.
The Office of Instructional Programs defines and oversees university processes to identify, prioritize, and propose new degree programs at the baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral levels, also including certificates. We oversee processes to change elements of existing degree programs, including delivery modes and off-campus locations, CIP codes, degree titles, and program discontinuation.
