My research investigates the diffusion of information. I examine four large related questions: (1) How do people find things out?, (2) What do people do with that information once they have it?, (3) How do they pass their insights along to others?, and (4) How do modern digital communications methods affect information diffusion? The answers to these questions are changing and new every day. Without proper information, consumers, citizens, and stakeholders will not be able to take the proper actions when it comes to fighting the climate crisis.
