Poole College of Management Leadership and Innovation Showcase

Come to Poole College of Management's signature event –– the 11th Leadership and Innovation Showcase –– where undergraduate and graduate student teams will present innovative solutions to business and social challenges across a variety of disciplines, including entrepreneurship, operations and supply chain management, business analytics and marketing. The event is open to NC State students, faculty, staff as well as the general public.

Art2Wear 2019

Talley Student Union, State Ballroom

Art2Wear, the iconic College of Design student-run fashion show, returns with the theme of “Circularity,” exploring sustainability in the materials and design process. The Department of Art+Design will also be showcasing an interactive media exhibition before the show.

The Office of Faculty Development has partnered with NCSU Libraries to offer Faculty Writing Retreats each month for tenure and non-tenure track faculty. Space will be limited for each monthly retreat, so please sign up early if interested.

Spring 2019 Commencement

PNC Arena

A new group of NC State students will become alumni May 11 at PNC Arena. The university commencement ceremony will start at 9 a.m., but NC State college and department ceremonies will occur throughout May 9, 10 and 11.

Postdoctoral Research Symposium

The annual Postdoctoral Research Symposium is designed for postdocs and house officers to present their work, establish connections with postdoctoral alumni in the area, faculty members and industry partners, and learn more about the research done in the Triangle.

Remembering Susan K. Nutter

The NC State community is invited to a memorial for Susan Nutter in the Auditorium at the James B. Hunt Jr. Library followed by a reception in the Skyline Reading Room on the fifth floor of the library. The memorial and reception are open to the public.
