The benefits of mindfulness practices have been realized with health for several years; however, its role to help with student learning and memory is still being explored. Series facilitator Dr. Maria Gallardo-Williams will be joined by OFE Faculty Fellow Dr. Erica Kosal for a discussion about what is known from the literature on how mindfulness can help with student learning and mental health.
