My research focuses on microbial dynamics driving soil-plant-microbe interactions. We use molecular sequencing approaches to investigate how soil microbiomes respond (and adapt) to land use change and climate change stressors. As a Soil Microbiome Extension Specialist, my goal is to extend microbiome-centered solutions supporting climate resilient agroecosystems.
