Bio

Katherine McKee is a leadership educator in the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences. In her undergraduate and graduate courses and her Extension programming, she teaches people how to lead on big, messy challenges to ensure that our processes and outcomes are just and equitable. She is working with graduate students to develop decision-making frameworks that prioritize climate resilience and leadership development programs to prepare small farm and small agribusiness operators to lead on climate resilience in their businesses and communities.

She is the co-coordinator of The Oaks Leadership Scholars and co-editor of Transformative Leadership in Action: Allyship, Advocacy, and Activism.
