Contract
As recorded in the candidate’s tenure-track offer letter, the tenure-track appointment will either be on an academic-year (9-month) contract or a fiscal-year (12-month) contract.
1st Term End Date
As recorded in the candidate’s tenure-track offer letter, each tenure-track appointment has an end date.
Reappointment Review
Indicates the academic-year reappointment to a 2nd term as assistant professor will be recommended in accordance with Section 5.1.2.b. of the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion and Permanent Tenure Policy.
Reappointment Decision Notification
Indicates when the decision resulting from the Reappointment Review will be communicated to the candidate in accordance with Sections 6.6.2. of theAppointment, Reappointment, Promotion and Permanent Tenure Policy.
2nd Term End Date
As recorded in the candidate’s tenure-track reappointment letter, each tenure-track reappointment has an end date.
Promotion/Tenure Review
Indicates the academic-year promotion to associate professor (with the conferral of tenure) will be recommended in accordance with Section 5.1.2.c. of theAppointment, Reappointment, Promotion and Permanent Tenure Policy.
Promotion/Tenure Decision Notification
Indicates when the decision resulting from the Promotion/Tenure Review will be communicated to the candidate in accordance with Section 6.6.2. of theAppointment, Reappointment, Promotion and Permanent Tenure Policy.
