The topic of the Spring 2018 General Faculty Meeting is "Academic Integrity in a Technology-Rich Environment." All faculty are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting and participate in a dialogue with each other, Chancellor Woodson, Provost Arden and other senior administrative leaders of the university.

Graduate Student Research Symposium

The Graduate Student Research Symposium, held each March, includes poster presentations from more than 200 graduate students from NC State University. The event is sponsored by the Graduate School and the Graduate Student Association and is open to the public.

Every spring, the Provost's Office offers general information meetings on the NC State reappointment, promotion and tenure (RPT) process. These sessions are designed for new tenure-track and non tenure-track faculty, those who will be entering the RPT cycle, or individuals involved in the RPT process.

Visit NC State Veterinary Medicine for a day filled with animal friends, fun, and interesting information. Staff members identifiable by Open House shirts can answer questions or help meet any needs during your tour. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended for touring the CVM. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and please leave pets at home. Registration is not required

Earth Fair

Come to this Earth-focused fair with exhibits, demonstrations and ideas on how you can make the world a better place. This outdoor event on the Brickyard is free, open to the public and sponsored by NC State’s University Sustainability Office. Rescheduled to from Wednesday April 4 to Wednesday, April 11 due to weather.

State of the Sciences: Live! at the Library

James B. Hunt Jr. Library

Join the College of Sciences for a fun, family-friendly event in one of NC State’s most iconic buildings, the Hunt Library on Centennial Campus. The event will feature activities for science lovers of all ages, including hands-on demos, fun and informative talks, tours of the library and its technology capabilities, along with food, wine and NC State beer. The event, which will be part of the North Carolina Science Festival, is free and open to the public, but registration is required. State of the Sciences is presented in partnership with NCSU Libraries.
