Its goal is to bring together a diverse audience of students, community members, and business professionals who have a shared interest in the sustainable food industry. The environment plays a critical role in healthy aging. Come learn about research being done at NC State and resources available in the community that promote the healthy aging of older adults. This free event is hosted by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Department of Psychology and the Daily Well-Being in Adulthood Lab. Registration is required.

Come learn about the spaces and places on NC State’s campus that have had significant impact on the lives and experiences of African American students, faculty, and the larger community. The walk will begin on the quad side of Holladay Hall and conclude with refreshments and reflection at the Witherspoon Student Center. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. This program is a collaboration between the NCSU Libraries, the African American Cultural Center, and Africana Studies.
