RPT Overview Session for Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty and Non Tenure-Track (NTT) Faculty

Every spring, the Provost's Office offers general information meetings on the NC State reappointment, promotion and tenure (RPT) process. These sessions are designed for new tenure-track and non tenure-track faculty, those who will be entering the RPT cycle, or individuals involved in the RPT process.

Information Sessions: Writing for The Conversation

Faculty, staff, postdocs and graduate students are invited to attend these sessions on writing for The Conversation, an online news site that publishes articles written by academics on topics of public interest.

Graduate Student Research Symposium

The Graduate Student Association and the Graduate School present the 14th Annual NC State University Graduate Student Research Symposium. The event is open to the public and will include poster presentations from more than 200 NC State graduate students.

2019 University Research Symposium: Opportunities in Cross- and Multi-Disciplinary Research

The purpose of the Symposium is to introduce research scholars to each other, and to explore opportunities for new partnerships. The 2019 University Research Symposium will start a new annual event at NC State University. This year’s focus will be on opportunities and intellectual challenges in cross- and multi-disciplinary research.

DELTA Grants Showcase

Hunt Library, Teaching and Visualization Lab

The event highlights completed DELTA Grant projects through an interactive digital poster session. Attendees can explore innovative learning activities, talk with faculty and project teams about their collaborations, and discover the positive impacts of grant projects on student success. This drop-in event is free and open to the NC State community.

NC State Day of Giving

NC State’s first-ever Day of Giving is on March 27, 2019. For 24 hours, we’ll encourage gifts to the university through special challenges, college-on-college competitions and surprise guests. International Festival

Stafford Commons

The International Festival returns for a third year to celebrate the diverse cultures and identities of the NC State community. Attendees can explore countries and cultures through educational booths, food, and performances.

College of Veterinary Medicine Open House

NC State College of Veterinary Medicine 1060 William Moore Drive, Raleigh, NC

Visit NC State Veterinary Medicine for a day filled with animal friends, fun, and interesting information. Staff members identifiable by Open House shirts can answer questions or help meet any needs during your tour. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended for touring the CVM. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and please leave pets at home. Registration is not required.
