  • 2017 ORIED Research Retreat

    The Office for Research, Innovation and Economic Development is holding their annual Research Retreat at PNC Arena on Wednesday, April 5. RTI Vice President and COO Jim Gibson will be talking about research partnerships in the morning. Jeffrey Abbey, President and CEO of Argos Therapeutics is the keynote speaker at lunch.

  • City Nature Challenge Campus Walk

    Come join a campus nature walk led by urban ecologist Madhu Katti of NC State's Forestry and Environmental Resources Department. You will see plants and wildlife, take pictures using your own phone or camera, and learn how to use iNaturalist to contribute data to the Wolfpack Citizen Science Challenge.

  • State of the Sciences: Live! at the Library

    Join the College of Sciences for a fun, family-friendly event in one of NC State’s most iconic buildings, the Hunt Library on Centennial Campus. The event will feature activities for science lovers of all ages, including hands-on demos, fun and informative talks, tours of the library and its technology capabilities, along with food, wine and NC State beer. The event, which will be part of the North Carolina Science Festival, is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
