Implementation Planning
NC State’s strategic plan, Wolfpack 2030, is operationalized through implementation plans. Institutional Effectiveness (IE) leads the university’s processes to create new implementation plans, oversees implementation plan progress, and communicates updates to senior leaders and the university.
The cornerstone of IE’s approach to implementation plan success is regular engagement with initiative Contacts. IE’s Strategy and Implementation team offers solution development and change management services to initiative Contacts. Additionally, we offer programming, events and learning resources that build Contacts’ knowledge and skills.
