The International Festival returns for a third year to celebrate the diverse cultures and identities of the NC State community. Attendees can explore countries and cultures through educational booths, food, and performances.
The annual University Global Partnership Network (UGPN) Conference is held each year as a forum bringing together university leadership, faculty and administrators from UGPN member institutions to promote academic exchange and new research collaboration through relationships among researchers. The Office of Global Engagement encourages NC State faculty and staff to attend the conference to meet with these strategic partners and formulate strategic direction and programmatic initiatives for the UGPN.
The event features an awards ceremony, poster session, networking and lunch. Nominees for the Outstanding Global Engagement Award and Jackson Rigney International Service Award will be recognized, and the 2019 award recipients will be announced at this event.
Students, faculty, and staff are invited to the Study Abroad Fair! Hear first-hand from past participants and international exchange students. Speak with study abroad advisers, program directors, university fellowships advisers, and the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
Students will share their global story in a timed, 2-minute presentation with six image slides. Watch NC State students compete and vote for your favorite.
Join us for a Fulbright Informational Session. This panel discussion is geared towards faculty interested in applying for a range of Fulbright Fellowships, including Fulbright Specialist, Fulbright Chair, and Fulbright Scholar.
OIS will be hosting another Virtual Town Hall meeting via zoom at 2 PM (Raleigh time) on Friday, March 27th for international students and scholars to address any new additional questions and concerns regarding the latest COVID-19 developments since our last Town Hall.
