Two Faculty Win Holladay Medal

Two faculty members received the Alexander Quarles Holladay Medal for Excellence, the highest honor bestowed by NC State and the university’s Board of Trustees. Chancellor Randy Woodson will recognize the awardees during a virtual Celebration of Faculty Excellence on May 4.

SSC Stays the Course

Along with many other campus entities, NC State’s Sensory Service Center (SSC) necessarily pivoted due to the advent of COVID-19 and its impact on the university. Dr. MaryAnne Drake and her team of dedicated staff and graduate students transitioned the center’s operations in a way that allowed for high-quality research and education to continue, seamlessly serving customers and the campus community alike.
