We’re getting ready to observe our first Wellness Day of the calendar year on Tuesday, February 17. On this day, there will be no classes held and no assignments due, and I encourage instructors to avoid tests or deadlines on that day or the next.

Honorary Degree Call for Nominations

The Faculty Committee on Honorary Degrees at NC State seeks nominations for recipients of honorary degrees. Honorary degrees represent NC State’s highest recognition of outstanding contributions to academic, professional or civic society that create a model for others to emulate and reflect the mission and vision of the university. 

Students took to Stafford Commons to help celebrate NC State's annual Day of Giving. Mr. and Ms. Wuf made an appearance, much to the delight of the student body.

By April 24, 2026, all public entities, including institutions of higher education, must ensure their websites and mobile apps comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. ISI To Host Third Annual Integrative Sciences Symposium of NC State Training Grants

On Jan. 30 the Integrative Sciences Initiative is hosting the third annual Integrative Symposium of NC State Training Grants. The event will bring together eight of the National Institutes of Health-funded T32 programs for a day of talks and posters from trainees, and talks from eminent external keynote speakers.
