Strategic Plan Progress
“The Pathway to the Future: NC State’s 2011-2020 Strategic Plan” builds a stronger, more efficient and effective NC State. Faculty, staff and students benefit from progress made toward each of five strategic goals set forth by university leadership. This framework for achievement encompasses student success, scholarship and research, interdisciplinary scholarship, organizational excellence, and local and global engagement.
Since the last plan report card in 2016, we’ve made great progress toward our metric goals. This includes creating more resources to support our outstanding students, faculty and staff, making great progress toward our $1.6 billion goal in the Campaign for NC State, and expanding our campus diversity initiatives and international education efforts.
