Bio

My first meaningful exposure to the world of IRB began when I was in residency at an academic medical center and as a hospice and palliative care fellow. I came to know deep in my bones that research is key to understanding positionality, power, culture, discourse, and developing tools to address injustice and (hopefully) nurture equity. I am excited to partner with researchers to help facilitate life-changing research at NC State.
