Kacey Ernst

Dr. Kacey Ernst is an infectious disease epidemiologist, professor and chair of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Arizona College of Public Health. Dr. Ernst is involved in multiple research and educational projects that span One Health. Her primary research interest is understanding environmental and social aspects of mosquito and tickborne diseases. She is heavily involved in climate change research and leads the interdisciplinary Bridging Biodiversity and Conservation Science post-doctoral program and is an mPI on the Southwestern Center On Climate change and Health (SCORCH).
