Our research program focuses on biosensors for rapid decision support. Our technologies are applied in water and food. We have developed numerous technologies for rapid diagnostics of pathogens (prokaryotic or virion), agrochemicals, food adulterants or benefical biocompounds (e.g., probiotics, nutrients). In addition we operate a non-invasive microelectrode facility for characterizing tissue physiology and have worked with dozens of biological specimens in characterizing tissue transport.
