Bio

Natalie Nelson is an engineering researcher and educator whose research focuses on the causes and consequences of nonpoint source pollution. Her research team uses a mix of modeling and field methods to understand eutrophication and fecal contamination in fresh and coastal surface waters. She is particularly interested in the effects of climate change on water and coastal pollution.
