Sosanna Kolyva

Bio

Sossanna Kolyva, PhD Molecular Biology, works at Hellenic Pasteur Institute Technology Transfer Office and Promotion and Networking Office of HPI. She has collaborated with European Programmes e.g. TRANSVAC (vaccines platform), RD-CONNECT (biobanking/rare diseases). Sossanna is a representative of the HPI in the high level experts group of the Ministry of Health for the elaboration of the Action Plan of the Ministry. Collaboration with the Fraunhofer Karlsruhe Institute for the RRI project “HoRRizon”(SocialLab for Health). Member of the Steering Committee of the Greek Innovation Lab for Women nominated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. She has also collaborated in the m2b One Health project, and was delegate of Greece in the Programme Committee of Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions, in the States Representatives Group of IMI2, Member of the Management Committee of BBMRI-ERIC and Delegate of Greece in the Administrative Board of EJPRD (Joint Programming of Rare Diseases). Sossanna has also been a visiting Professor in the EMMRI Executive Master in Management of Research Infrastructures Programme, University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy. Collaboration with Unilever Hellas, in setting up special programme of Hygiene Training in public schools. Finally, Sossanna has been the key note speaker in numerous conferences and public events on scientific themes relevant to HPI mission, e.g. pathogens, vaccines, anti-vaccination movement etc.
