Strategic Plan Update

NC State’s strategic plan shapes the university’s future through setting forth measurable goals for the success of faculty, staff and students. These goals include enhancing student success, investing in faculty and infrastructure, supporting interdisciplinary scholarship, pursuing organizational excellence and engaging locally and globally.

Since the last strategic plan report card in 2017, we’ve achieved significant goals and made great progress toward others. This includes centralizing critical student resources and services, creating additional pathways from acceptance to graduation, completing major building projects, and supporting new entrepreneurial and educational partnerships, among others.
