Strategic Plan Progress

In 2011, “The Pathway to the Future: NC State’s 2011-2020 Strategic Plan” began to set bold goals for NC State and chart the course for a stronger and better university. The strategic plan continues to drive the university’s mission and establish a framework for success. The progress toward each goal tells an important part of NC State’s story involving students, faculty and staff.

Since the last plan report card in 2015, we’ve made several exciting accomplishments and we continue to move closer to our metric goals. Central resources to support student achievement were established, more funding was designated to promote groundbreaking research, the Campaign for NC State was launched to drive organizational excellence, and international partnerships and other efforts grew significantly.
