{"id":29561,"date":"2024-03-29T23:18:47","date_gmt":"2024-03-29T23:18:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/provost.ncsu.edu\/ofe\/?page_id=29561"},"modified":"2024-04-02T14:29:43","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T14:29:43","slug":"cwsp-services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/provost.ncsu.edu\/ofe\/cwsp-services\/","title":{"rendered":"CWSP Services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<p>CWSP welcomes departmental, academic unit, and individual requests for professional development, academic development, and faculty engagement sessions on specific disciplinary topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ncst-accordion ncst-accordion\"><div class=\"accordion\" id=\"ncst-accordion-0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ncst-accordion-item ncst-accordion-item panel\"><a class=\"accordion-item__header collapsed\" href=\"#ncst-accordion-item-0-10\" id=\"ncst-accordion-item-heading-10\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#ncst-accordion-item-0-10\" aria-controls=\"ncst-accordion-item-0-10\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"accordion-item__expansion-indicator\"><span class=\"ncst-plus-minus-toggle\"><\/span><\/span><h2 class=\"accordion-item__label h5\">Individual and departmental workshops, engagements and consultations are available for all departments and academic units at NC&#160;State.<\/h2><\/a><div class=\"collapse panel-collapse accordion-item__content-container \" id=\"ncst-accordion-item-0-10\" aria-labelledby=\"ncst-accordion-item-heading-10\" data-parent=\"#ncst-accordion-0\"><div class=\"accordion-item__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Department Chairs and Academic unit heads are encouraged to use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/CjFLtpudGdN25KcH9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this form<\/a>&nbsp;for faculty engagements around the GEP Communications in the Major requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on faculty engagement sessions are also available and focus in four key areas that include technology&nbsp;and AI in the classroom, multiliteracies across the curriculum, and the essentials of written, oral, and digital communication. Use <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/XxWr8Gyjto15VT1v7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this form<\/a> to request a hands-on faculty engagement session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ncst-accordion-item ncst-accordion-item panel\"><a class=\"accordion-item__header collapsed\" href=\"#ncst-accordion-item-0-11\" id=\"ncst-accordion-item-heading-11\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#ncst-accordion-item-0-11\" aria-controls=\"ncst-accordion-item-0-11\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"accordion-item__expansion-indicator\"><span class=\"ncst-plus-minus-toggle\"><\/span><\/span><h2 class=\"accordion-item__label h5\">Individual Consultations: Assisted Inquiries<\/h2><\/a><div class=\"collapse panel-collapse accordion-item__content-container \" id=\"ncst-accordion-item-0-11\" aria-labelledby=\"ncst-accordion-item-heading-11\" data-parent=\"#ncst-accordion-0\"><div class=\"accordion-item__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assisted Inquiry is a service designed to help faculty investigate the nature and effectiveness of writing and\/or speaking in their courses.
