Strategy Beyond Borders: How SIT Connects Across the Mid-Atlantic
Strategic implementation is about more than milestones; it’s about perspective. What trends are — or will be — affecting transformation and change in higher education? To support NC State remaining at the forefront of institutional effectiveness, the Strategy and Implementation Team (SIT) has joined a new regional brain trust.
A Regional Connection
What started as a question at last year’s Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI) annual meeting has become a reality. Convened by Virginia Tech, a new southern and mid-Atlantic community of practice in change management now meets quarterly by Zoom. For SIT, this community expands our support network and offers a vital space to pause and consider the complexities of facilitating strategic transformation and change.
