Erin Seekamp Named Goodnight Distinguished Professor of Coastal Resilience and Sustainability, and Director of the Coastal Resilience and Sustainability Initiative
NC State’s College of Natural Resources, along with the Office of University Interdisciplinary Programs, is pleased to announce that Dr. Erin Seekamp, a professor of parks, recreation and tourism management and an extension tourism specialist in the College of Natural Resources, has been appointed Goodnight Distinguished Professor of Coastal Resilience and Sustainability, and director of the Coastal Resilience and Sustainability Initiative. The appointment is effective August 16.

Rob Dunn has been named Senior Vice Provost for University Interdisciplinary Programs, effective June 1, 2022.
NC State Faculty and Staff Ombuds Roy Baroff to Retire
NC State Faculty and Staff Ombuds Roy Baroff has announced that he is retiring effective June 30. Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost Warwick Arden and Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Charles Maimone made the announcement today.
