Statements of Mutual Expectations to Become Statements of Faculty Responsibilities

A Statement of Mutual Expectations (SME) describes a faculty member’s responsibilities and expectations from their department. Recently, a task force revised related procedures and recommended that SMEs change to Statements of Faculty Responsibilities to offer further clarity to faculty.
