In Memoriam: Banks C. Talley Jr.

Banks C. Talley Jr., longtime vice chancellor for student affairs and namesake of the Talley Student Union, died on Thursday, Oct. 19. He is remembered for bringing a balanced education that included culture and arts for generations of NC State students.
