Bio

Tadelech Yilma Sisay, DVM, is a lecturer at Mekelle University and currently pursuing an MSc in One Health at Addis Ababa University College of Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture. Her research and seminar work examine the intersections of livestock production, water quality, food security, and public health within the One Health framework. She is passionate about advancing the One Health approach through integrated teaching, research, and community engagement, contributing to sustainable food systems, healthy ecosystems, and resilient communities. Her work aligns with GOHA’s mission of fostering interdisciplinary collaborations to address complex health challenges at the human–animal–environment interface.
