Bio

I am a senior food safety specialist at the National Food Safety Authority of Egypt and the founder of Dr. Fruita Academy for Health Education. With over 15 years of experience in food safety, toxicology, nutrition, and regulatory sciences, she plays a key role in ensuring compliance with international food standards, particularly in the aquaculture and One Health sectors. I represent Egypt in the WHO-FAO One Health Strategic Framework and serve as an expert mentor for global initiatives focused on food security, public health, and environmental sustainability.
