|1. As a reminder, the signed and dated SME from the personnel file must be scanned and inserted into the dossier in section I.A. The SME must define the percentage of effort in the appropriate realms of faculty responsibility.|
|2. The revised Class Eval RPT Report, which is now available in the Class Eval system, is required for Section II.A.2.a.|
|3. Peer review of teaching is to be conducted for all faculty with teaching assignments. The required number of peer reviews was revised in 2015 (see Evaluation of Teaching Regulation REG05.20.10). Any case that does not contain the required number of peer teaching evaluations must include an explanation in the Department Head’s assessment.|
|4. In the annotated list of external evaluators (section VII.B.), Department Heads must include a summary or brief list of the materials sent to evaluators (see example).|

General Information Sessions are offered each Spring semester. The sessions include details about the process, an overview of the RPT website and a question and answer period. New faculty in all tracks (tenure track, teaching, research, etc.), those who will be entering the RPT cycle and anyone involved in the RPT process are encouraged to attend. No registration or RSVP is required.
