DESCRIPTION:This session will focus on how to help your faculty set healthy boundaries (with students\, postdocs\, lab staff\, etc.) and will be led by Dr. Katharine Stewart\, Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs\, and Sarah Lannom\, Associate General Counsel. \nPlease RSVP yes or no at go.ncsu.edu/dept-heads-mtg-rsvp by December 6 for the December 14 session. A hot buffet lunch will be served. \n\nDepartment Head Lunch and Learn meetings\, sponsored by the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost and organized by the Office of Faculty Development\, are open to all department heads. The monthly meetings are held from September through April to address a range of topics such as how to handle legal issues\, difficult employees\, budgets\, and more.
