Dr. Carter has worked extensively on several technological projects, including the first use of virtual reality in an African-American Literature course. He presented Virtual Harlem at national and international conferences. He assists faculty members at the University of Missouri with incorporating technology into their classes, including course management tools, electronic grade books and the Internet. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia. |
