Mary Lelik Named Sr. Vice Provost for Institutional Research & Planning
Announcement by Provost Arden:
I am pleased to announce that Mary Lelik will be appointed Senior Vice Provost for Institutional Research and Planning, effective January 1, 2014. As part of her responsibilities in this position, Mary will develop and organize the new Office of Institutional Research and Planning, building on the expertise and expanding the capacity of the current University Planning and Analysis division.
Ms. Lelik, who currently serves as Associate Vice Provost and Director of the Office of Institutional Research at the University of Illinois-Chicago, comes to us with a strong academic background in support of planning, policy development, decision-making and assessment through institutional research and analysis. With her experience establishing strong partnerships with key campus constituencies to assess and support their information needs, I am confident that she will be a major asset to the university as we enhance our capacity to measure the outcomes of our strategic efforts and determine the best use of our limited resources.
Please join me in welcoming Mary to NC State!
